The problem was that it took forever to receive it. I ordered on dec 28 and was expected to receive the rings no later than January 7. On the 8th, I contacted the seller and had to do it again because they did not respond right away. Three days later, they contacted me, apologized, and told me they would resend the sealing rings. About a week later, I finally got them. Rating: 3 / 5 Indeed, I received what I asked for, and even though the shipping fee was as much as the cost of the sealing rings, I agreed to pay so I cannot complain about that. Shipping was via USPS, and the one package with all items arrived on Monday, 27 July, 2009. <br />A call to Denny and Kathys Ace Hardware resulted in a statement that it would be sent out on 23 July, 2009. In reality, and according to their email, they did not send it until the next day. The rings should be packaged in numbers of three or ten. The rings are light in weight, but still requires the minimal shipping fee because of the weight of the packaging.
